What the recipient sees
Imagine a three-day program: “Chest and back”, “Legs and shoulders”, “Full body”. The link includes day names, exercises, descriptions and planned sets. Weights, reps, exercise durations and warmup are included too, so they don’t need to be entered manually.
Read the descriptions before sharing: your exercise notes are visible to the recipient too. Your account name and email, workout history and statistics are not included in the link.
Link or QR code
A small share icon sits beside program editing. A link appears only when you choose to create it. Send it through your usual messenger, or show the QR code on your phone when you meet.
Anyone who receives the link can preview the plan without an account. Share it with the people you want to receive your program.
One plan, different results
Recipients first review the exercises. If the plan suits them, they create an account or sign in and save a separate copy. They can change exercises, reps and working weights in their diary. Their history begins with their own workouts.
For example, your bench press plan says 10 × 54 kg. Your friend sees that value in the received plan but chooses their own working weight. Their changes do not alter your program, and your later sessions do not overwrite their copy. The sender’s weights are not a recommendation for another person.
This is a convenient way to share a plan when you discuss training with a trainer separately. The link does not give the trainer access to your future results. To discuss a session, you can send a result card.
When to work with a trainer
If the trainer will adjust your plan and view completed sessions, use a client invitation rather than a regular copy link. You first review the program and access details, then separately confirm the connection.

If the program changes
A link preserves the program as it was when created. If you add an exercise or reorder days and want to share the new version, disable the old link and create a new one.
A disabled link no longer opens the plan. Copies already saved by others stay in their accounts as independent programs. Saving from the same link again does not create another copy in the same account.
If your plan is still taking shape, start with our guide to organizing workout days. Once the days and exercises are ready, share the whole program.
