What changed since last time
Suppose your program has a “Back and shoulders” workout. When you finish it, the app shows the difference from the previous “Back and shoulders” session in that same program. History includes the previous session’s date, completed sets and working weights.
When you record this workout for the first time, there is no previous result to compare. The difference appears when you repeat “Back and shoulders”, even if you do other workouts in between.
Return to results through Statistics. All sets are recorded, so you can see where you added weight and where you did more reps with the same weight.
What training volume means
The workout summary includes training volume: the total across completed weighted sets. For each set, the app multiplies kilograms by reps. For one exercise, it looks like this:
Last time you did three sets of ten reps with 40 kg. That gives 1,200 kg of volume.
Today you did the same three sets of ten with 42 kg. That gives 1,260 kg.
This exercise increased volume by 60 kg, or 5%.
Statistics uses the same calculation for the entire workout. You can see how much volume rose or fell compared with the previous session.
Adding another exercise also increases the total. It helps to inspect the sets themselves: an increase might come from more weight, extra reps or additional sets.
Lighter sessions stay in your history too. Several workouts with the same exercises give a clearer view of how your results change over time.
Pull-ups and timed exercises
Last time you did eight pull-ups, then eight, then six in the last set. Today you did eight in all three. Statistics shows an increase of two bodyweight reps.
For planks and other timed exercises, the app compares total duration across completed sets. These results are separate from weighted volume. You can see both a bench press increase and a few extra seconds in a plank in the same session.
What a full cycle shows
Imagine a program with three workouts: “Chest and arms”, “Legs”, “Back and shoulders”. Completing all three makes one cycle. It can take a week or longer: the app does not tie cycles to the calendar.
Cycles shows which workouts are complete and which remain. If you have done only two of three, the result is still in progress. Return to it after the remaining session.
Totals include repeated and extra sessions. Visiting the gym four times in one cycle and three in another also affects the result. The workout list beside the totals helps explain that difference.
For organizing main and extra sessions into a convenient program, see our separate guide.
You can share a workout or whole cycle with friends using a result card. On workout cards, a positive increase in kilograms appears beside training volume. Full comparison details stay in your Statistics.
