Training diary for trainers and clients

You have prepared a program for a client who does some sessions independently. In My Workouts, you can work on their personal plan together and view completed sets between meetings.

One program to work on together

A client has two training days: “Upper body” and “Legs”. The trainer prepares a program with exercises, sets, reps and working weights, then sends an invitation. The client reviews the plan and access details before connecting.

Signing in or creating an account does not connect the trainer. Collaboration starts only after the client separately confirms it. The trainer and client can then edit one personal program in the client’s diary.

Results between meetings

The client follows the agreed plan independently. The bench press was planned as three sets of 10 reps, but the actual result was 10, 10 and 8 at 40 kg. The diary keeps the completed work so the client and trainer can discuss it before the next session.

The trainer can view completed, non-cancelled sessions of the linked program that started after connecting. Other programs, earlier history and the client’s unfinished session are not available to the trainer. The client records and corrects their own results.

Changes for the next session

After a discussion, the trainer changes reps or replaces an exercise in the personal program. The client sees the updated plan and recent changes. A session already in progress keeps its own plan: new edits apply to the next workout.

The trainer’s saved program remains a separate template. Replacing the bench press for one client, for example, does not change the template or other clients’ programs. Each invited person receives their own personal program.

Send a copy or work together

If you only need to send a prepared plan, use a regular program link or QR code. The recipient saves an independent editable copy; the sender gets no access to its results, and later changes do not transfer between copies.

A client invitation serves a different purpose: the trainer continues to adjust the personal plan and view completed sessions. It grants access only after the client confirms.

The client keeps their diary

Either participant can end collaboration. The trainer loses access to the plan and results, while the client keeps the program and history. The client can continue following the program independently.

For trainers and their clients

Enable “I’m a trainer” in an existing account’s profile. Your personal diary stays available, and “My clients” lets you open a person’s program and results. All features are free; trainers do not need a separate paid account.

The service helps you work with training plans and records of completed sessions. Discussions, meeting arrangements and payments stay in your usual channels. The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
